“Our flagship product and industry standard; the Porosity Inhibiting Admixture (PIA) was designed to reduce moisture movement while densifying concrete and adding strength stronger and denser, PIA advance concrete enhancement technology also mitigates slab shrinkage while reducing warping. Independent testing also demonstrates greatly reduced alkali-silica reactivity (ASR) and chloride ion penetration. Barrier One is integral to the concrete and substantially reduces permeability as well as eliminates the need for surface sealers and coatings.”

BARRIER ONE – CPS

CPS is a Moisture Vapor Reduction Admixture (MVRA) designed to provide an economical solution for the concrete moisture emission issues that are prevalent in the construction industry.

WPX Water Proofing Admixture

Barrier One WPX is a demonstrated & certified complex sodium silicate- based Type “S” Waterproofing Admixture (per ASTM C494/ C494M). It is an integral waterproofing agent that produces low – permeability concrete across a wide spectrum of mix designs without the potential of contributing to surface coating delamination. WPX is classified as a PRAH by ACI 212.3 R & is a recommended admix in combatting hydrostatic head pressures found in both below / above grade water retaining structures.
